N	Nadine Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to charge us 400 yen for coffee when there was free coffee at the buffet we were paying for. We considered it a foreigner tax. Coffee was terrible, too. I watched in horror as the person arranging the breads sneezed all over the platter.

In the middle they have 2 types of croissants and 1 sandwich. You should see the size of their kitchen....I mean what for? Its honestly ridiculous. Then they serve water in real glasses but the tea I ordered was served in a plastic cup...while.i sit in the restaurant. Get real

Paid about ¥3500 for 2 which is extremely expensive considering they do not replenish the bakery buffet section when items are finished for the day. Specifically we have to ask twice why the chocolate scones are not replenish and they said out of stock for the day. However at he counter where individual items are chargeable and sold separately, there are chocolate scones for sales. We find it’s very strange and weird when the item in the bakery buffet is out of stock and yet it’s available for purchase at another counter when the buffet ends at 1100hr! Upon approaching the staff 3rd time. Asking why it’s available for sales and not available in bakery buffet. A kind lady staff decided to offer me 2 scones. We accepted it reluctantly but I guess it’s one of the unique Japanese culture. Initially we plan to stay at this hotel Kor and Trunk hotel on our next trip to enjoy their unique interior deco and service (we are at home Muji Ginza this time) but after this weird experience, we will avoid this hotel from now on. ???

This place is not only a restaurant but also a bar, the reception of a hotel, a club in the evening and it also has exhibitions time to time.

Second time came for the time limited egg sandwich. The omelette in the sandwich was just okay. Don't get the buzz. I wish the wifi worked better and was more reliable. Edit: I came again for the grill.cheese french toast. It was really yummy but I had to come early as this menu item is sold out in less than an hour. Pistachio bread was very good.
