J	Jan3 Fores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内禁煙のラーメン屋さん。内装はきれい（2019年時点）店用の駐車場はなし。座席はカウンターのみ（小さな二人用テーブルはあるけど応急用だと思う。）醤油ラーメンを注文。チェーン店の味と比較すると、古潭に近い。あれを上品にグレードアップした感じ。甘めの醤油味スープ。黄色い中太麺。麺とスープ、それにチャーシュを一口食べて、3つが合わさって一つの味に纏って美味しい。チャーシューが3切れ入っているのはそういう事かな？熱々のスープで出てくるのもグッド。ネギのアクセントも美味しい。友人の味噌豚骨も優しい味噌の味で、こちらは平太麺。キャベツ、ゴマ、さつま揚げ？の薄切りが入っていて、醤油ラーメンとは全く違う。ただ、どちらも優しい味。濃いコッテリ系では無いお店だ。ラーメンにしては価格が少し高いが、入っている具材を考えるとこんなもんだろうか。お昼時間はサービスでおにぎりが付くようで嬉しい。連続で食べたい病みつきの味と言うよりは、たまに食べたくなる優しい味。台湾ラーメンやトマトラーメンなど、変わったメニュー（季節のメニュー？）も揃っているので色々頼んでローテーションするのが良さそうだ。ビールなどアルコール類と餃子やチャーシューの小鉢メニューが比較的豊富。 ★1つ減らしているのは私の味の好みの問題で、応対などは全く問題ない。好きな人は好きだと思う。 A non-smoking ramen shop in the store. Eat a bite of noodles, soup, and chirsh, and the three together are delicious. Is that why there are 3 pieces of pork? It is also good to come out with hot soup. The onion accents are also delicious. A friend's miso pork bone is also a gentle miso taste, this is flat noodles. Cabbage, sesame, deep-fried sweet potato? It is completely different from soy sauce ramen. However, both have a gentle taste. It's not a dark cottage shop. The price is a little high for ramen, but what is it when you consider the ingredients? At lunchtime, I'm glad that the service makes rice balls. Rather than the addictive taste you want to eat continuously, it's a gentle taste that you'll want to eat occasionally. There are also unusual menus (seasonal menus) such as Taiwan ramen and tomato ramen, so it seems better to ask for rotations. o	oki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしてすぐのころに来店。味噌豚骨を注文。出てきたのはお湯に麺とトッピングを入れた謎の料理。食べてみると、味がしない。ほんのり味噌っぽい味はしたかもしれない･･･。味噌入れ忘れ？もしかしたら、これがここの味、こだわりなのかもしれないと自分に言い聞かせ、金返せという感情を抑えつつなんとか無理やり食べた。これで950円て。。そして19年7月に再度来店。リベンジの意味で味噌豚骨を注文。今度は味噌の味がした。焦がし味噌っぽい？これが本来の姿でしたか。。じゃあ最初のあれはなんだったのか。。やっぱり、あの時のお金返して欲しいなとぶり返してしまう。。スープは普通でしたが、麺が･･･。ゆで時間間違えてるんちゃうか？っていうくらいふにゃふにゃ。そもそも、このスープと合わないような･･･。好みの問題でもないような･･･。うーん。。店長はいい人なんですが。。残念。 Coming to the store shortly after opening.
