★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生と、もう一人の男性医師の方に診察をしていただいたことがあります。
お二人の先生とも、きちんと話しを聞いてくれる、優しい先生です。
何かあると、自宅から遠いけれど通っています。
ただいつも残念に思うのは、受付の方の対応です。愛想良くしてほしいとは思いませんが、気持ちが暗くなります。
私も以前同じ仕事をしておりましたが、
受付はそのクリニックの顔です。
患者さんの気持ちが和らぐよう、笑顔で接することを心掛けていました。
一人だけ素敵な対応の女性がいらっしゃいました。
先生方が良いだけに残念です。

リン酸コデインを使っても咳が止まらなくなるほどの重症でした。
これまでにかかった医院では「あーはいはい」程度に聞き流しお決まりセットのお薬しか出してくれなかったのですが、症状の経過や私の意向を丁寧に聞いてくださり、処方していただきました。
結果いつのまにか症状は消失し、次のシーズンでもその症状が現れることはほとんどありませんでした。
患者さんも治療に参加させてくださるお医者さんは本物だと思っています。
本当にお世話になりました。

他の方がおっしゃる通り、受付の女性たちの態度が悪いです。話しかけると迷惑そうな素振りをします。カウンターの前に立っても知らんふり。怖い。

その電話だけで絶対にこのクリニックは使わないと心にきめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院になかなか行きにくいこの時期に風邪を引いてしまったので、久しぶりに行きました。念のためPCR検査もしたのですが、他の方も書いてますが受付はほんと暗いです。お疲れなのでしょうか。人と接する仕事ですから、愛想良くしろとは言いませんが検査は準備もあるでしょうし、きっと面倒なんでしょうね。
それでも顔にしっかりその面倒だなっていうのは出してほしくなかったです。
院長先生は優しい先生ですので、暗い中唯一癒されます。あと検査を担当してくれた方はとてもいい方でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アレルギー検査View39をしたくて行きました。その旨を受付に伝えると、保険適用は13項目までしか出来ないと言われ困りました。
結果的に医師と相談してView39は保険適用でできたので、受付の人が間違った認識をしていたのかな？
受付の対応は悪いです。検査にも詳しくないみたい。仕事だから仕方なくやってる感が否めないです笑。医師はとてもいい人でした。満足です。
(View39とはありがちなアレルギー項目を保険適用で検査できるシステムです。本来13項目しか出来ないので、ザックリ調べたい人のためのシステムです。項目を指定したい人向けではありません。)
どこもそうですが、予め診察の目的をはっきりさせておくことをオススメします。診察も会計も採血もさくっと終わったので時間が無い人や待ちたくない人には都合がいいです。
アレルギー科としては満足なので困ったら医師に相談するといいです。
