ヴ	ヴェルディ君 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。いつもは絶対肉を選ぶメインも、珍しいひよこ豆のコロッケにしました。野菜はビーツ、レンコン、キッシュを選択。どれも当たりでした。ひよこ豆のコロッケは、カラッと揚がっていて、豆の皮？なのかツブツブした食感がアクセントになってとても美味しかったです。ビーツは、こんなに美味しい野菜だったんだと認識が変わりました。まるでさつま芋のようなホクホクとした感じで、ゴロッと大きい塊で出てきてびっくりしました。レンコンもしっかり歯応え良く、キッシュは生クリームたっぷりの濃厚バージョンでとても満足できました。決して強い味付けではなく、素材本来の美味しさを活かした調理法です。元来健康思考とはほど遠く濃い味付けが大好きなので、野菜中心のこちらのランチでは物足りないと予想していましたが、満足できたのにも驚きでした。オーナーの方は、しつこく質問する私に嫌な顔せず丁寧に説明下さり、感じ良かったです。野菜を全制覇すべく暫く通いたいです。 I visited for lunch. This was our first time to visit, but definitely not our last. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough to anyone who enjoys a good healthy meal. I would give six stars if I could.
