智	智子加藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ライ麦100%のパンがあります。とても真面目に作られていて、動物性油脂などが加えていなくて美味しい。わざわざ緑区から買いにでかけます。（緑区にはライ麦100％のパンはなかなか無い、ライ麦が加えてあって、ラード（豚の脂）が加えてある店ならある）購入時に、毎回薄くスライスしてもらっています。食べるときに軽くトーストして焦げ目をつけ、上質なオリーブオイルをつけて食べるととても美味しいです。　ドイツに駐在していた友人に教えてもらって買いにいくようになりました。お菓子のようなパンばかり売っているお店が多いなか、こういう真面目なパン屋さんは、なかなか無いです。そういうお菓子のようなパンも売ってますが... いつも応対してくださる若い男性の店員さんも丁寧で良いと思います。 I have 100% rye bread.
