★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lightと名が付いているが、価格はチェーン店の３～５倍ぐらいはする。一番安くて８５０円で、高いと１５００円ぐらいする。クオリティが高いのであろうことは分かるけれど、１５００円のハンバーガーを買うと、マクドだと２００円のハンバーガーが７個買える。
高くても、美味しくてサービスが良ければ満足できるのだが。非常に気になることがある。
アルバイトだと思うが、店員の指先見てまずびっくり。食品を扱うなら、あんな指先はやめてほしい。剝がれないとは思うし、直接触らないとは思うけれど、気持ちの良いものではない。また、テイクアウトで頼んで、待ってる最中も大きな声で店の人としゃべりっぱなし。マスクをしているとはいえ、正直、不愉快。愛想が良くて、帰りにドアを開けたりする事は評価できるが、客が求めるサービスはそう言う事ではない。
客が高い物を買うのは、気持ちよく買い物をしたいためであって、ただ美味しければいい、良い物を提供すればよいという訳ではない。
せっかく高品質のものを出すのであれば、高品質の接客をしてほしい。
美味いハンバーガーも不味く感じる。
Although it is named light, it costs about 3 to 5 times as much as a chain store. The cheapest is 850 yen, and the highest is around 1500 yen. I know that the quality is high, but if you buy a 1500 yen hamburger, you can buy 7 200 yen hamburgers at McDonald's.
Even if it's expensive, I'm satisfied if it's delicious and the service is good. It can be very worrisome.
I think it's a part-time job, but I was surprised to see the clerk's fingertips. If you're dealing with food, don't do that at your fingertips. I don't think I'll be able to get rid of it, and I don't think I'll be in direct contact with it, but it's not comfortable. Also, I asked for takeout and kept chatting with the shop staff in a loud voice while I was waiting. Honestly, it's unpleasant, even though I'm wearing a mask. It's amiable and I can appreciate opening the door on the way home, but that's not the service that customers want.
Customers buy expensive items because they want to shop comfortably, not just if they are delicious, but if they offer good items.
If you want to produce high quality products, please provide high quality customer service.
A delicious hamburger also feels unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月29日にオープンしたばかりに立ち寄りました。八事の交差点すぐです。このコロナ禍でのオープンですから、応援したく、食事の後でしたが、ハンバーガーとホットドックをテイクアウトしてしまいました。美味しかったです。次はおすすめのテリヤキをいただきます。
I stopped by just opened on March 29, 2021. It is right at the intersection of Hachiko. Since it was open in this corona, I wanted to cheer for it, but after a meal, I took out a hamburger and a hot dog. It was delicious. Next, we will have the recommended teriyaki.

バンズはふわふわ系で
所々にお肉のゴロゴロ食感があって
肉汁がじゅわーーーって溢れ出てきます✨
ソースは甘めで
シンプルな味付けだからストレートにお肉の旨みを感じられます♪
lightに寄れるハンバーガー屋さんなので是非行ってみてください☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その場でハンバーグを焼いて目の前で作るのが見える、ハンバーガー屋さんです。店内はカウンターのみ、テイクアウトもできます。ボリューミーで本場の味はという美味しさがあります。ただ価格は1000円超えということで、ハンバーガーひとつに1000円以上出せるかどうかが、一つのハードルではあります。
