遠方からの引越しだったので、土地勘もなく不安でしたが駅まで実際に歩いてくれたり、周辺環境もわかりやすく説明してくれたので、現地でみているようでイメージしやすかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して行ったのに、20分しか話聞けませんでした。理由を聞いたら「次のお客様がいますので」ただ数分後には「会議がありますので」と言ってることが変わってて良くわかりませんでした。対応もイマイチでした。5年目社員のようですがまず予約の取り方を改善すべきだと思います。
I made a reservation, but I could only talk for 20 minutes. When I asked the reason, I wasn't sure because it changed to saying "I have the next customer" and "I have a meeting" just a few minutes later. Correspondence was not good either. It seems to be a 5th year employee, but I think we should improve the way we make reservations first.
