n	noid shii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島駅構内にある立ち食い蕎麦屋さん。電車に乗ろうとしたら、遅延で遅れていて電車に乗れず…。せっかくなのでお腹を満たそうとこちらへ。ほぼ、男性で女性は0.5割もいないような感じですね。でも寒いしお腹も空いていたので。山菜うどんにしました。入り口の券売機で購入してから奥で食券を渡します。早いしあったかいしお腹も満たされました。ささっと済ませたいときは駅の立ち食いはとても便利ですね。おいしかったです。 A standing soba restaurant in the premises of Hiroshima Station. ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR広島駅在来線の改札内コンコースにある綺麗なスタンド蕎麦屋さん。ありきたりのチェーン店かと思いきや、JR西日本ではなく、地元の駅弁業者が元々は駅のホームで運営していた歴史あるお店のようです。とりあえず予備知識が無かったので、何となく『手作りかき揚げ蕎麦（500円）』を券売機でポチり。スタンドとは思えない洗練された店内で出来上がりを待ちました。やってきた丼には立体的で大きなかき揚げがオン。牛蒡がメインですが、時折感じる紅生姜感が良いアクセントになってますな。衣が大量にあり汁を吸い過ぎてしまっていて、最後の方はちょっとクドかった…。汁は薄めで蕎麦は柔めの典型的な西日本スタイル。券売機の一番上にあった広島名物「がんす天」も美味しそうでしたね。やはりちゃんとリサーチすべきだったかな。さっと頂いて次の訪問先へ移動致しました。 A beautiful stand soba shop in the concourse inside the ticket gate of the JR Hiroshima Station conventional line. I didn't have any prior knowledge for the time being, so I somehow picked up "handmade kakiage soba (500 yen)" at the ticket vending machine. I waited for the completion in a sophisticated store that I couldn't think of as a stand. The bowl that came in has a three-dimensional and large kakiage on. Burdock is the main ingredient, but the occasional red pickled ginger is a nice accent. There was a lot of batter and I had sucked too much juice, and the last one was a little crap ... The soup is thin and the soba is soft, which is a typical West Japan style. The Hiroshima specialty "Gansuten" at the top of the ticket vending machine also looked delicious. I should have researched it properly. I got it quickly and moved to the next destination.

E	Eve Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad and very cheap. Noodles are a bit soft but it’s decent for a restaurant in a train station. There are standing counters and some seating. Menu includes soba, udon (including red udon) and toppings. I saw some eating tofu nigiri too.
