とても美味しく接客もいいが、お安くはない。勝駒のような東京にはあまりない地酒もそろっている。二日酔い防止に、と食前に熊の胆が出る。噛むと苦いので丸呑みする。夜の普段使いは経済的に厳しいので接待用かな。

ランチに週替わり定食950円をいただく。 ビルの二階だが、階段を上がってすぐ正面でわかりやすい。 ランチ時の訪問でほぼ満席。四人席を中心に小上がりや半個室のようなところなどそこそこ席がある。最後のテーブルに、同じタイミングで入店した客と相席で着席。四人席なので気にはならない。 メニューを見てかなり悩むが、週替わりが、ハマガレイ?の煮付けと肉じゃがと刺身とのことで選択。 温かいお茶と紙おしぼりあり。紙ナプキンはないけど、和食屋さんだしまあ良いでしょう。 しばらくして配膳。盛り付けも丁寧で、見た目はかなり美味しそう。柴漬けと味噌汁とライスがついている。 最初に味噌汁を。出汁がしっかり出ていて、味噌の濃さも丁度良い。美味しい。味噌汁を飲んで当たりを確信。 お魚は、煮付けというよりは揚げ出し煮。 キノコ、人参、玉ねぎが入って絶妙な味付け。カレイもホクホクして、さらに少し残った揚げの衣のサクサク感がうまくマッチ。美味い! そして肉じゃが。美味いまずいがわかりやすいのだが、一口食べて、これも美味い! 出汁が効いていて、ジャガイモはかなり大きめだが、しっかり煮てあってホクホク。それでも形崩れせずつゆも濁らず。 刺身は赤身三切れ。見た目の形は不揃いだが、臭みはなくプリプリして美味しい。 接客もいい感じだし、混んでるのがわかる。これは絶対に再訪しなきゃと思ったお店でした。

お取引様と一緒に訪れました。 まずびっくりしたのが二日酔い防止用の「熊の胆」が出る。 気遣いが嬉しい。 東京で地元富山のお魚が食べれるのは嬉しい。 もちろん味は抜群でどんどんお酒が進むお店。 バイ貝などなかなか東京ではお目にかからない食材があり、自然とたくさんオーダーしてしまった。 また行きたいお店。

人形町「はな青」のランチがSoldOutだったので、この日のランチは1本裏手にあるこちらのお店へ。人形町に住んでいた時に一度だけ呑みに来たことがあるお店です。 夜は富山県産の魚介類を中心とした居酒屋さんで、のどぐろのしゃぶしゃぶなどが名物なのですが、お昼は流石にそんな豪勢なメニューは無く一般的な居酒屋さんランチ。 人気なのは、ボリュームたっぷりの豚汁定食。日替わりは売り切れかぁ。暑いし豚汁の気分でもないなぁ、てなわけでランチでは少々高めの『お刺身定食(\1,200)』をお願い致しました。 お刺身は5点盛で、鯛、ブリ、甘海老、ホタルイカなど比較的高級な銘柄が並びます。小鉢は少量のきんぴらとお新香でこちらはちと貧弱(--;)。でも食後は無料でコーヒーを配膳してくれるみたいですよ。 鯛もブリも惜しみなく厚切りにされており、歯応えや食べ応えは十分。昆布の上に乗ったホタルイカは女将さんのアドバイス通り、お醤油を付けずに。昼からおつなもんです。 特筆なのはお味噌汁。はっきりとは分からないのですが、玉葱や揚げ玉が入っているようで、これがまた甘めの出汁にドンピシャリ。旨い!これだけでご飯のおかずになりそうなくらい上質なお味噌汁でした。 店員さんたちは、気さくに常連さんに話しかけるフレンドリーな接客で、アットホームな雰囲気が店内を包んでいました。店員のお姉さん曰く通常の6割ほどの入りだそうですが、総合力の高いこのようなお店には踏ん張ってほしいな。

兼六コースを予約して夕食での訪問、数客数組入っていて、結構な賑わい。コース自体は普通の日本料理、特に特徴は感じられない。やはり北陸特有のコースを頼むべきかと思った。客が多いせいか、料理を出すスピースが異常に遅く、食べ終わるのに3時間もかかった。
I booked the Kenroku course, visited for dinner, and had several guests, so it was quite busy. The course itself is ordinary Japanese food, and I don't feel any particular characteristics. After all I thought that I should order a course peculiar to Hokuriku.
