佳	佳子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗が小さいので品数は少ないけど、保証や修理はしっかりしてるし店員さんの対応も親切で気持ちがいいお店です。それはここだけではなく、ほかの電器店にないエディオンの特長です。ただreopapaさんも言っておられるように、詳しくないのに人に替わろうとせず無理に説明を続けようとする傾向はありますね。先月エアコンを見ていて、今使ってる三菱霧ヶ峰が本体表面に室内温度が表示されてそれがとても好きなんですよって店員さんに言ったら、「最近はそんなのどのメーカーもないですよ。わたしがエアコン担当してから見たことありません。」と言い切られました。価格コムのレビューでもそれが好きっていうレビューたくさん見てたから意外だったんだけど、後日エディオン系のエキスパートの人に聞いたら「霧ヶ峰はいまでもやってるし、ほかのメーカーでもたくさんやってますよ？」って言われて、あの店員さんは展示品だけ見てそんなこと言ってたんだろうかとあきれました。（稼働してないエアコンで室内温度が本体に浮かび上がらないのは当然です）よく考えず間違った情報を言い放つ店員さんは、せっかくのエディオンの信用を失墜させます。あのエアコン担当の店員さんからはもう話を聞く気がしません。 Since the store is small, the number of items is small, but the warranty and repairs are solid, and the staff are kind and comfortable. ユ	ユキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切で感じのいいお店なんですけど、品揃えはイマイチですね。スマホのモバイルバッテリ見たんですけど、中途半端でコレと思うものがありませんでした。わたしはメーカー品で、スマホ状の薄くコンパクト（ズングリは嫌）で2回充電できるＵＳＢタイプＣのものがほしかったんですがありませんでした。展示に限りがあるから、多少高くても機能・デザインのベストワンで固めたらいいと思います。 It's a kind and pleasant shop, but the product lineup is not good. I saw the mobile battery of my smartphone, but I couldn't find anything that I thought was halfway. I wanted a USB type C product that was made by a manufacturer and was thin and compact like a smartphone (I don't like Zungri) and could be charged twice.
