その点以外はヨドバシよりも見やすくて好き。
Only the staff in the mobile phone corner on the 1st floor is unusually large, so I can't see the model slowly.
Other than that, I like it because it is easier to see than Yodobashi.

特に3階でレジ待ちをかなりさせられました！
研修生と書いてあったワッペンをつけた人だけを残しており、困っている時の対処が遅い！
フォローに来るのも遅い！
待たされてるにも関わらず、謝罪の仕方も軽すぎて誠意も感じません。
対応が悪くて本当にがっかりでした！

Only the person who put on the emblem that was written as a trainee is left, and it is slow to deal with when in trouble!
It's too late to come to follow!
Despite being kept waiting, the way of apologizing is too light and I do not feel sincerity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣住民ですがこの店舗は接客最悪。上大岡店の社風か知らないが一階レジのパート、学生バイトの教育もできてない。いつも店内は終日ガラガラ 2度と行くことはないです。そして一生ヨドバシカメラに勝てることはない。
Although it is a neighbor, this store has the worst customer service. I don't know if it's the corporate culture of the Kamiooka store, but I haven't been able to educate the student part-time job at the cash register on the first floor. The inside of the store is always rattling all day long. And I can't beat Yodobashi Camera for the rest of my life.
