★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恵比寿駅近く、一見普通のマンションのビルの5階にあるレストラン。素材の旨味そのものを楽しめる丁寧に作られたお料理が出てきました。極太アスパラは1本450円前後しますが、食べて納得。次回もリピートすると思います。日本酒の種類も豊富でした。

生湯葉刺しが胃の中にトゥルンと入り込む瞬間。もう極太アスパラボイルなんて今まで見たこともない太さ。えっろ。皆様に反対されながらもオーダーした野菜天は秋の味覚ぎっしり詰まっていて正解。ハモ天も完熟アボカド天ぷらもジューシーで大正解。最後の魚出汁雑炊はラーメン一杯分の満足度?

食品添加物ゼロの無農薬野菜の天ぷらが美味しすぎる！
最初のドアがオートロックで「501」を押して店員さんを呼び出して入店する笑
さらに店内がまるで森を感じさせる程！春は桜、夏はツツジの緑、秋は紅葉で季節に沿った植物を見ながら食べる蕎麦は絶品！
福笑の野菜のほとんどは産地自然栽培野菜と有機野菜で旨味が深く素材の持ち味を生かす調理法によってこんなに美味しいサクサクで野菜の甘味が感じられる天ぷらは久しぶりに食べた！
オススメは「天ぷら」蕎麦も当然美味しいです！でも、蕎麦を生かす天ぷらが最高に美味しかった！思わず店主の方に「すみません、めちゃ美味しいですね！」と言ってしまう程！✨

The building looks just normal residence so you might confused a bit.
Staff is too friendly and rough but I've found that was their concept at this warm restaurant.
