ただ予約は取れず…テイクアウトにしました。帰りの新幹線で食べましたがお肉がとても柔らかくジューシー✨とっても美味しかったです。値段は高いですが味は相応だと思います。
時期もありとても忙しそうでしたが店員さんはとてもテキパキと、でも丁寧に対応されてました。なので今度は予約取って店内で食べたいなぁと思いました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言で言うと"最悪"です。まず通されたテーブルにタレが付いていて汚くて店員がおしぼりを持ってきた際も気づかずそのまま帰って行く。ドリンクもゆず恋ボールを注文したがゆずの風味が全くせず、ただのハイボールだった。一番の最悪な所は店員の態度の悪さ。店員はほとんどチャラチャラしていて、テーブルの横で気だるそうに立ちながら店内BGMを口ずさみ店員同士でおしゃべり。激安居酒屋ならまだしもこっちは焼肉目当てで来てるのでそういう態度が目に入って仕方がない。まだお皿に残っているわさびを使っていないのに勝手に下げられる。店内には芸能人のサインや来店写真などがありますが、ただの見せかけでしょう。わかった事は芸能人が沢山来ている＝美味しい店ではないということ。
再訪は絶対にないでしょう

The clerk was almost fluttering, and while standing beside the table, humming the in-store BGM and chatting with each other. If it's a super-discount izakaya, I'm still looking for yakiniku, so I can't help but see that kind of attitude. I haven't used the wasabi left on the plate yet, but I can lower it without permission. There are autographs of entertainers and photos of visitors in the store, but it's just a pretense. What I found out is that many entertainers are coming = not a delicious restaurant.

この前個室でGACKTが誕生日会をやったのも恵比寿店だったとか…
店内の所々に仕掛けがあって焼肉は勿論エンタメ要素も抜群なお店で楽しい！！
部位もたくさんあって、食べ方も色々楽しめる再訪確実案件。
店員さんが基本焼いてくれて美味しい食べ方も丁寧に教えてくれるリーズナブルなお店。
牛恋が提供するこのハート形の赤身肉は男でもやられる。。
美味しさとおもてなしと遊び心が詰まった恵比寿デートにはもってこいの焼肉屋さん
#デートには赤身って説明書きが男子トイレにあった。笑
女子トイレには赤身肉食べると鉄分が取れて貧血予防にもなるって書いてあったらしい。笑

お肉は美味しかったが、店内は賑わっているため店員さんの声がやや聞き取りづらい。
また焼き方の指導もしていただいたが、求めてはなかったので少し困った。焼き方にこだわりあるのであれば「美味しい焼き方」の説明文をメニューのところに置くなりして見たい人は見る、店員さんに焼いて貰いたい人は店員さんに頼むのシステムだとなお嬉しい。

単品で頼んでましたがまずはセットを頂くのがリーズナブルかも？オススメは間違いないなと思います。良いお肉は焼いて頂けたりもします。久しぶりにお肉の甘味をすごく感じれました。美味しかったなぁ。
空気が二分半くらいで入れ替わるそうですが、煙く感じたのは残念。でもたぶん座る場所だったかと。
芸能人のサインいっぱいで有名なところみたいですね。芸能人のかたと鉢合わせたい(笑)
