★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わざわざ前日電話して確認してから、翌朝病院に行ったのに、【今日は予防接種は行ってません】と言われました。たぶんそもそも電話の内容たいして聞きもせず答えてる可能が高いです。忙しいかもしれませんが、対応悪すぎです。こちらは電話で確認したからこそ、仕事と子供の保育園を休んで行ったんですが、全ては無駄になりました。最悪です。
I called the hospital the day before to confirm it, and then went to the hospital the next morning, but was told that I was not vaccinated today. Probably, it is highly possible that you answer the contents of the phone without asking. You may be busy, but the response is too bad. I took a break from work and the nursery school for my child because I confirmed this by phone, but everything was wasted. It's the worst.

明らかに見えてるのに、自分の手持ちの仕事が終わるまで平気で待たせる。病院に来た人が、一番最初に顔を合わせるのは受付なんです。
受付の方は、病院の顔だと思って業務にあたってもらいたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形は良いドクターです。早口で捲し立てるところはありますが、こちらの言葉をしっかり聞いてちゃんと目を合わせてくれるし触診もしっかりしています。
私の後に呼ばれたおばあさんは薬の事で大変怒られていましたが。(･_･;
話が筒抜けなのはどうかと思いますが、まあ、MRIも出来るし安心感あります。
