K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフだけは沢山いるけど、機種変プラン変更できる人がいないのか、店内ガラガラでも待たされます。スタッフ同士雑談してるくらい暇そうでも同様のようです。何度か行きましたが毎回1,2時間以上の待たされるのが普通のようです。近くのケーズデンキの方が早くて対応も良かったので、もう行きません。 There are a lot of staff members, but there is no waiting for people who can change the model change plan. It seems to be the same even if it seems to be idle as the staff chats. I went several times, but it seems normal to wait more than 1,2 hours each time. The nearby K's Denki was quicker and better, so I will not go anymore.

古	古戸信介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母の携帯電話(ガラケー)が壊れたため訪れた。予約するように言われたが、故障の場合は直接伺うしか無いような気がする。自分のスマホから予約の確認をしてみたら、２日後以降でないと空きがなかったので、直に行ってみた。用件確認後、比較的空いている夕方に予約をしてもらって、対応して貰った。予約時間より少し早く着いたが、時間までしっかり待たされた。混んでいたから仕方無いかもしれない。機種変更してきたが、説明は丁寧(過ぎ？)だった。隣にいた祖母は？？？な顔のままでしたが…そぼひとりだとお手上げだったと思う。 I visited because my grandmother's mobile phone (feature phone) broke.
