★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古品購入時、他のゲオでは動作確認や故障時の説明があったが、ここのゲオではそういった説明などは一切ない。ちなみに対応してくれたのは店長だった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一昨日に中古のスマホ購入しましたがその際の表示価額と中古スマホ事態の物が違っていてその事を店側に伝えたら本当の中古スマホの値札を見せてきていかにも自分たちが確認しないで購入した見たいな言い方されて謝罪もありませんでした。息子と私が購入する前にみた値札と見せられた値札の金額がまるっきり違いました。まるっきり嘘をその店の店長が先になって言ってるので私は正直呆れて言葉がでません！私だけでしょうか？結局お金は返却されましたが正直な話しこんなに優秀スタッフがいる店舗なのに対して店長と言われている方に対しては残念すぎます。接客業の仕事なら自分達のミスなら謝罪するべきかと思います。この年になってこんなに呆れたことがなかったので二度とここのGEOには行きたくない気持ちです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲームセンターだった時のままの建物で30年以上たってます。利用するには少し汚いイメージがあります。お店が新しくキレイになったら利用しやすいのになって思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広々としている。悪く言えばスペースに対して商品が充足していないとも言えるか。スタッフの対応は悪くない。間違いなく男鹿店よりはマシ。駐車場は広いが荒れている。交通量が多い時間帯に右折で出入りするのが若干難しい事がある。比較的近くにTSUTAYAもあるので利用しやすいかと。
The store is spacious. To put it badly, can you say that the product is not enough for the space? Staff response is not bad. Definitely better than Oga store. The parking lot is large but rough. It may be somewhat difficult to come and go at the right turn during times of heavy traffic. As there is TSUTAYA relatively near, is it easy to use?
