優しいし、スッゴく良くしてくれる。
だから２５年ずっとdocomoさんのみ。
まわし者ではないけどね（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な対応でした。待ち時間の間に立ちながら接客してもらったのに番号呼ばれなくて訪ねたら本日は購入しないと言ったから…と？
購入する為に番号取って2時間待ってたのに…その後、購入せず帰宅しました。
悲しい気持ちでいっぱい。☆も付けたくない

I got the number and waited for 2 hours to buy it ... After that, I went home without buying it.

予約時間より３分ほど遅れて呼び出しがありましたが、ネットで事前に用件をお伝えしてありましたので、スムーズに話が進みました。近くの頼れるお店です。
I visited for the first time using the internet reservation.
There was a call about 3 minutes later than the reservation time, but the talk progressed smoothly as we told the matter in advance on the net. It is a reliable shop nearby.

一緒になって、操作をしてくれて納得するまで付き合ってくれました❗
高萩の○○○○○クは本当に対応が悪すぎて、プランには引かれていましたが、乗り換えました。
今はどうか分かりませんが、２年前は最悪でした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いたって普通のドコモショップですね。トイレはキレイに清掃されてて気持ちよいです。店員の対応も気持ちよいです。
ただし、空いてるのに予約しないと追い返されます。
なので★下げます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内で、混んでいるとは思わないが、もう少しソーシャルディスタンスに気をつけた方がいいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフが女性ばかり（私が行った時だけかもしれないが)で和気あいあいとしてる。その上親切に対応してくれて無料充電サービスもある！
The staff are all female (maybe only when I went) and they are friendly. Besides, they are kind and have a free charging service!
