誰もが、注文と決済について熟知しているわけではないということちゃんと念頭に置いてほしかったです。

混んでない時間に行ったけど店内でもドライブスルーでも、人には誰でも間違いはあると思うけど流石にびっくり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コマーシャル等で新商品に興味を持ったので早速買いに行くと、裏コークフロートを頼んだのに只のコーラを間違えて渡され、心配になったので買った物を全部確認すると、他にも裏エビフィレオの包み紙が普通のエビフィレオの物に。商品間違いを指摘すると、「裏エビフィレオの包み紙が無くなったので代用しました。すみません。」と。商品を渡す時客に伝えるべきではと答えたら謝られましたが、この店では頻繁に商品間違いや商品自体が足りなかったりとミスが多い。月1～2 のペースで利用するがほぼ毎回ミスがある。理解出来ない。残念。(´д｀|||)

聞こえてないのかと思い、もう1回言ったら「聞こえてるわ！」みたいな態度された。
いや、返事しないからそうなるんだよ。
態度悪すぎ。
