作ってもらう時間もなく、すみませーん、の一言だけいただいて帰りました
対応に酷くガッカリしました

接客もとても丁寧で、また行こうと思います♪
I ate white round miso stewed udon! It was light and the juice was delicious ♪ I think it's good to be able to eat it hot until the end.

とても温かく、美味しかったです。

固形燃料で最後まで熱々状態でした。ごちそうさまでした。
I ate Bando miso nikomi udon and mini-tendon. (My partner is white-maru miso nikomi udon)
It was hot with solid fuel until the end. Thank you for the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店イチオシのみそ煮込みうどんを注文。八丁味噌の独特の風味と、煮込んでいるのにコシを感じるうどんの組み合わせが堪りません。(^○^)
具材の、レンコンとゴボウの食感もGoodでした。? 最後まで熱々のままいただけるのも嬉しいですね。(むしろ熱すぎかも…?)
また、定員さんの対応がとても丁寧で好印象でした。(ファミレスっぽくない❗)

I ordered the recommended miso stewed udon noodles. The combination of the unique flavor of Hatcho Miso and the udon that feels chewy even though it is stewed is unbearable. (^ ○ ^)
The texture of lotus root and burdock was also good. ? I'm glad that you can stay hot until the end. (Rather it may be too hot ... ?)
Also, the response of the capacity was very polite and I was impressed. (Not like a family restaurant ❗)
It was a treat. I will visit you again. ?
