★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともとこちらのスタッフさんの接客に不愉快な思いをしたことなどありませんでしたし、むしろ好印象でしたが、今日一人のスタッフの態度は今まで感じた事のない腹立たしいものだったので投稿させて頂きます。
客の相談にのる時に、他の自転車の修理をしながら、目線も合わせず話続けるとはなんなのでしょう
忙しかったのか何なのか私には分かりませんが、悲しくなりました。
女だから適当に話しておけばいいとでも思ったんでしょうか。たとえ違かったとしても、そういう印象でした。
あんな接客どこでも受けた事ありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張修理を初めて利用しました。修理を対応してくれた方は、丁寧に説明して修理していただけました。ただ、修理依頼した時に、予定がこちらと合わず、折り返し電話をいただくことになっていたのですが、それがなかったのが残念でした。

駐車場も広く、入りやすく自転車も豊富に並んでます。
スタッフの方も対応は丁寧で良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めての自転車修理ということで出張修理をお願いしました。すると深夜のコンビニアルバイト並の接客、しかも急に現金のみじゃないと無理と言われあたふたしてしまいました。修理費も安くない、今週中に終わると聞いたのに順番だからと言われ来週まで伸び、しまいに謝罪も自転車の汚れなどを拭くというのもなかった。自転車を直してもらいに行ったものではあるが治してはい終わりじゃ他の店でもいいと思った

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素人ながらいつもはできる限り自分で修理するのですが今回は自分の時間がなく初めて出張修理(パンク修理)をお願いしました。需要が多いらしく電話してから3日後の対応でそこはちょっと残念。なので☆4つです。
修理内容の説明は細かく丁寧で、こちらからの質問にも明確に答えてくれました。
担当者のスキルにもよるんでしょうが対応に満足しています。
たまには本職の方にみてもらうのがいいですね
