尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郡山ブラックのパイオニア【ますや本店　台新店】さんへ初訪問しました。以前お店の前を通り掛かった時、お客さんが結構並んでいてかなりの人気店で有ることは周知してました。平日の13:30頃伺いましたが数名待ちの状況です。まず店内に入り店員さんから番号札を貰い呼ばれるまで待ちます。 15分位待って入店。店内はコロナ対策もしっかりされてますね? 醤油味に特化したメニューは「元」、「伝」、「新」の３種類、麺や茹で具合などが選べます。並んでた時に常連さんから「伝」がオススメとの話を聞いたので、『「伝」中麺大盛焼豚煮玉子トッピング』を頂きました。丼からはみ出したチャーシューのビジュアルは迫力が有り食欲をそそりますね? スープの色は正に郡山ブラック❗歴史を感じる味わいは口の中に染み渡りますね?美味しいスープです❗ 麺の茹で加減を普通にしましたが、しっかり茹で上げられているので硬目で頼まれたほうが良いかもしれませんね❗しかし麺自体は風味も有り喉越しいい美味しい麺です? トッピングのチャーシュー、煮玉子good? 本日も満足の完食‼️ 美味しかったぁ? 他のメニューも食べてみたいですね❗ ご馳走様でした? o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふらっと福島。この日は郡山でブックマークしていたお店に訪問しました。お店の名前はますや本店　台新店お店の周りに駐車場があるのでそちらに止めて訪問。満席で20分ほど待って店内へ。しっかりとコロナ対策のされた店内で30席くらいはありそうやったかな。メニューを見ると大きく3種類あります。今回はその中で郡山ブラックと書かれた伝＋焼豚を注文。麺の固さなど選べますが、今回は普通にしました。卓上にはコショウ以外に七味にんにくがおかれてます。これは以前なみえ焼そばを食べた時にも置いてあったなー。さて、料理が提供されました。おー、どんぶり一杯に2種類のチャーシューが敷き詰められてます。スープは漆黒だけど濃すぎることなく醤油がくっきりと効いて美味しいです。魚介ではなく動物系かと思ったけど好きですな♪ 途中で少し胡椒を振るとまた味が引き締まって美味しかった。麺は全粒粉のストレート細麺。低加水でややボソッとした感じがこのスープによく合っています。 2種類のチャーシューはバラチャーシューよりも赤身のチャーシューだけにできればいいのになー。基本のブラックを食べたので機会があれば次は節系の入ったラーメンも食べてみたいです。 Flat Fukushima.
