★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おじいちゃんが作る、おばあちゃんがレジ。御年91歳だそう。「支那そば」という看板が道路から見え、赤い「ラーメン」とかかれたのれんに美味しいかも！と道を探して入ったんですよね……(^-^;)
子供好き&お話好きなおじいちゃんなので、お子様連れだと食べていても話しかけられちゃいます。ラーメンは550円なので金欠でもラーメンが食べたい時は良いかも(笑)店内を埋め尽くすお面は子供には怖かったようです。トイレは和式です。お店全体の衛生面が……。(^^;)
Grandma makes a cash register. You are 91 years old. You can see the sign "China soba" from the road, and the red "ramen" may be delicious! I searched for a way and entered ... (^-^;)
I'm a kid-loving and talk-loving grandpa, so if you're with children, you can talk to them even if you're eating. Ramen is 550 yen, so it may be good if you want to eat ramen even if you are short of money (laughs) It seems that the mask that fills the store was scary for children. The toilet is Japanese style. The hygiene aspect of the entire store is ... (^^;)

老夫婦が店を切盛りしているようだが、もう少しきれいにして欲しい
Sana soba bowl is normal, but the table is sticky with oil.
It looks like an old couple is running the store, but I want them to be a little cleaner

伺いました。
ラーメンはともかく91歳のご主人が製作した木彫りの能面は見事です。
I was always interested in seeing the shop from the Azumino Bypass.
I heard.
Aside from ramen, the wood carving Noh mask made by the 91-year-old husband is wonderful.

本宮の「菊の家」の修行元。
からし焼き肉志那そばは、豚肉・玉ねぎ・赤唐辛子を炒めたものをラーメンの上に乗せたもの。辛すぎるほどに辛いわけではないが、辛さが苦手な人はちょっと注意が必要なレベル。
昔は、さすが修行元と感心する味だったけれど。
本宮の「菊の家」の進化がある分、最近はちょっと見劣りがするかなぁ。

Karashi-yaki Shina Soba is a fried pork, onion, and red pepper on top of ramen. It's not too spicy, but if you don't like spiciness, you need to be careful.
In the old days, it was a taste that impressed me as a trainee.
I wonder if it's a little inferior these days because of the evolution of the "Kiku no Ie" in the main shrine.

これ迄作ったお面の数は1000を越える？
仏像や、釈迦像様々なジャンルを彫る職人
また、般若心経の写経も達筆で、とても暖かな店主、昔ながらの定食
お寺、神社仏閣こ利益のある方なのかもしれないですね。
バイパスから降りて一本裏道からお店側に入るので、案内のナビも迷うと思います。
