大きさは千葉県内で最大級だそうです。
It's a shame though it is a nationally designated historic site. I think it's okay to maintain it a little more.
The size is said to be the largest in Chiba prefecture.

後円部にはひっそりと石碑が立っている。大正4(1915)年までここには珠名姫神社があった。祀られていた珠名姫という女性は万葉集に”須恵の珠名”として登場し、古代、奈良の都までその名を響かせていた房総美人のひとりだったという。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富津市にある内裏塚古墳に来ました。5世紀に造られた前方後円墳で、2つ石室があり埴輪があるそうです。外から見たところ山です。登り口があるようでしたが登りませんでした。
I came to the Uchiurazuka Tomb in Futtsu City. It is a front-rear burial mound built in the 5th century, with two stone chambers and a haniwa. Seen from the outside, it is a mountain. There seemed to be an entrance, but I didn't.
