たまたま霧ケ峰までのドライブ中に見かけ来店、お店の雰囲気も良くスタッフさんの雰囲気も良く十割蕎麦と自家製天ぷらもとても美味しかったです。 店内で無農薬自家製野菜販売凄く安く帰りに購入。 ステキなランチ?になりました。

白樺湖の更に奥に行ったところにあります。 せっかく長野に行くのだから美味しい蕎麦が食べたいと調べてここに決めました。 十割蕎麦と黒天ぷら(蕎麦粉で揚げた)を頼みました。 蕎麦粉十割だが喉越しもよく、匂いも感じられ美味しかった。また自分のところの野菜を作った黒てんぷらも良かった! 十割蕎麦は50名限定なので開店時間には着いてる方が良い! 友達にもすすめたい!!

スキー場の行き帰りに気になっていた蕎麦屋に寄りました。十割蕎麦と天ぷらを頂きましたが、蕎麦好きの私も唸る味。蕎麦の香りが引き立っておりました。お店はご夫婦?で切り盛りされているのか、ホール担当の奥様が忙しく動き回られておりましたが、とても丁寧な対応で落ち着けました。長野県全般にそのような対応をしているのでしょうか、入店前の体温測定や手指消毒、席についてからは氏名、連絡先を書かされました。勿論、コロナ対応だと思いますが、東京から来た私にはしっかりやられているという思いと、少し煩わしいという気持ちが…。とても美味しかったです❗️ご馳走様でした。

お昼ごはんのお店を探して車を走らせているときに偶然見つけたお蕎麦やさん。新そばと書かれていたので、迷わずここにしました。3時までやってるのがありがたかったです。 黒天ざるそばが押しメニューのようでしたので、十割そばでお願いしました。黒天=黒っぽい天ぷらは、そば粉を衣にしているようで、なるほど普通の天ぷらよりも色が濃いめ。歯触りが軽くてさくさくでした。 それより…量(も種類も)が多くて、平均的なお店の量の倍はありました。それにびっくり。天つゆはなし、塩のみでした。頼めば天つゆ出してくれたのかな?? 十割そばは香りが良くてすごく美味しかったです。十割なのに、何故かぶつぶつ切れたりすることも、口触りがぼそぼそすることもなく…どうやって二八蕎麦みたいにしてるのか、不思議でした。 お蕎麦はすご~く美味しいのですが、量は控えめ。物足りなかったです。天ぷらが多いのでお腹は満たされましたが、もう少し天ぷら少なめでいいので、その分お蕎麦が食べたかったです。 店内には自家栽培のこだわりお野菜や放し飼いにしている鶏の卵が売っていました。野菜が新鮮なのはもちろんですが味が濃くてとてもおいしくて、卵は臭みが全然ないやさしい味でした。 家の近くにあったらすごく嬉しいお蕎麦やさんでした。

I was wondering how it was made like 28 buckwheat noodles. Soba is very delicious, but the amount is modest. I wasn't satisfied. I was full because I had a lot of tempura, but I wanted to eat soba because I could have a little less tempura. Inside the store, you can buy home-grown vegetables and free-range chicken eggs. The vegetables were fresh, of course, but the taste was strong and very delicious, and the eggs had a gentle taste with no odor. It was a soba noodle shop that would make me very happy if I was near my house.

お店の人は丁寧で気持ちよく食事出来ました。 写真は平打ち麺の蕎麦。たまにしか打たないのだけど今日はある、という提案を受けて注文したのだけれど、蕎麦の喉越し感が無くて普通の蕎麦切りの方が良かったです。 蕎麦粉で揚げたという天麩羅も美味しかったですが、ただいかんせん量が多かったかな?
