顧客目線ではなく店利益優先でしか説明せず、もっともらしく取引を誘導してきます。（市場調査など事前準備も他社に比べて陳腐でした）
こちらがその点をつっこんでも言い訳すらできないので問題があるのはほぼ間違いないと思われます。
特に年寄り相手だと完全に舐めていて（馬鹿にしていて）誘導して店有利に持ち込みもうとしているように感じます。
スタッフにそこまで判断がつかなそうに見えるので店方針の可能性が高いと思われるが、真実・誠意をもった対応に改善されることを期待して本評価をつけます。
当然ですが取引はしませんでした。

We will only explain from the customer's point of view, but prioritize store profits, and guide transactions in a plausible way. (Advance preparations such as market research were also stale compared to other companies)
There is almost no doubt that there is a problem because there is no excuse for this point.
Especially when it comes to elderly people, I feel like I'm trying to lick it completely (being stupid) and guide it to the store.
It seems that the staff cannot make such a judgment, so it seems that there is a high possibility of the store policy, but I will give this evaluation in the hope that it will be improved to a response with truth and sincerity.
Of course, I didn't trade.
