★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't had a bad service in Japan for a long time. Ordered pizza and customer who came after got their same type of pizza first. With no explanation and unhappy with the situation, had to cancel and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, tasting very Italian if you need a little break from Japanese food. Pizza is very decent, the Tagliatelle were perfectly Al dente - it was just ridiculously expensive for what you actually get. 6700 Yen for a starter, a pizza and a plate of pasta plus 2 soft drinks - that's a No-No.

Service is the worst I had in Tokyo, even in Paris it’s better...
Waiters don’t bring the menu, 15mins to get the drinks (90% ice cubes btw), give you an attitude, go away when you try to speak to them, forget plates.. all of this with a 10% service charge ?
Damn this place ! Saizeriya ? better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Sunday, November 6th) The waiter tried to discourage us from coming in 90 minutes before closing by saying there's a "table charge" of 400 yen. Knowing that we will be out of there in said time (plus we were starving) we agreed and sat down. Service was terrible. Every table was trying to get this waiter's attention when clearly he is very incapable to serve and to care. ( there were 4 other tables in the room with 2 still waiting for food). We asked for some Chili peppers and what arrived was 2 teaspoon of Chili peppers on a gigantic plate. My salad had canned tuna and bacon on it , it was disgusting. The pizza was soggy , the sausages were all cut to different size. When the bill came , I decided to take a picture of the bill so I can show my hospitality friend this ridiculous 400 yen charge. The gentlemen at the cashier (not the incompetent waiter) then told us we didn't have to pay the non-descriptive 400yen. Was it because I was taking the picture of the bill ? Super shady !! The waiter should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Christmas because every other places were fully booked. Had the 4000 yen course menu (starter, pasta, main, dessert). It was not bad, but not worth it either. The main dish was way too salty, and the aperol spritz didn’t taste like it should. The service was good though.
