★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居してすぐひと月の間、至る所にゴキブリ、2か所の水漏れ、隙間風。雨戸の騒音、キッチンの詰まり。限界ですぐ友人宅へ避難しそのまま退去するほどでした。引っ越す2〜3日前に急に退去立ち会い日をあちら都合で変更され、引っ越し後に足を運ぶ都合がつかなくなったり、これでフリーレントの支払いを請求され。仕事が多忙であちらの指定する期日に1度遅れただけで、即「代位弁済請求」の文言の通知。数多く引っ越しをしていますが、こんなにも愛想も、建物も、サービスも不快で失礼な不動産屋さんは初めてです。現在は新たに借りたマンションで快適に生活していますが、2度とこちらでは借りたくありません。
