20代後半から走ることに目覚め、今ではフルマラソンを3時間を切ったこともある社会人ランナーとして活躍中ですね。
山登り、トレイルランにも力を入れており、腰痛・ランナー膝・足部の痛みなど骨折・打撲・捻挫をはじめ体調ケア面での調整法にテーピング技術も頼もしかったです。
登山の帰り、膝が痛くなり歩けなくなった私の膝へテーピング治療をしてくださり、下山することができました。感謝しています。
