 All the coaches are kind and polite, so it's fun and I hate other things, but only Curves is fun and I go there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手軽に30分だけ運動できる、というところが便利です。毎日同じ時間でなくても営業時間内であれば、いつ行ってもOK。コロナ禍で、家でダラダラ太っちゃっても思い立ったらいつでも行ける、それがカーブスです。
It is convenient that you can easily exercise for only 30 minutes. You can go anytime during business hours, even if it is not the same time every day. Curves is a corona sickness that you can go whenever you think of it even if you get fat at home.

回数制限無し。行くも休むも自分次第(^^;)
コーチがテンション高め。でもそれを常に出来る彼女達は偉い！簡単には真似できない。自分も元気を貰うしお手本です！
I think I can continue because I can use it on the day I can go and when I can go.
No limit on the number of times. It's up to you to go and rest (^^;)
The coach has a high tension. But those who can always do it are great! It cannot be easily imitated. It's a good example for me to be energized!

コロナ禍ですので、尚更体を短時間で鍛えられるカーブスの有り難みが身にしみます。
完全にコロナ対策もしてあるので、安心です。
マスクをしながらですが、笑顔のアイコンタクトも上手になり、和顔愛語ならぬ和顔愛コンタクトで１日がスタートでき、自律神経が整い前向きになれます。
