★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも元気でフレンドリーな可愛いスタッフ達が通う度に口をすっぱくして筋肉の大切さを教えてくれました。お陰で私は一年かけて五キロ痩せ、代謝が良くなり、通うの面倒くさいと思う日も「頑張って来れましたね！」と励ましを受け本当に幸せな時間でした。
現在は引っ越しにより退会しましたがまた通いたいなー。
The cheerful and friendly cute staff always refreshed my mouth and taught me the importance of muscles. Thanks to that, I lost 5 kilograms over the course of a year, my metabolism improved, and even on the day when I thought it was a hassle to go to, I was encouraged by saying "You did your best!"
Currently I have withdrawn due to moving, but I want to go again.
