最近ではないですが、過去利用して退去した者です。 たまたま、口コミコーナーを見つけて同じような対応をされた人がいたのを見て思い出しました。 というより、印象が強すぎて忘れたくても忘れられない(笑) 私の場合は6年ほど住んで減価償却がほぼ済んでいるはずなのに、全部屋クロス新品張替えを請求されました。 ペット可物件でペットを飼っていたので、入居時に敷金礼金3ヶ月分ずつ、おまけにペットを飼うので初めに敷金礼金は返却しませんと言われました。 そこはペットを飼うので仕方ないかと納得して初期費用を50万近く払ったのですが、退去時にクロスの張替え等で更に30万請求されました。 請求の内訳を見たけど、ペットが入る部屋は制限しており、ペットが入らずクロスに一切傷がついていないトイレまでしっかり新品の請求がされていました。 入居時に払った敷金って何だったんだ・・・そこから足りなくて足が出ましたならまだしも、その辺の説明は一切なし。 入居するときには丁寧な対応だったのに、退去を伝えたあとにぶっきらぼうな対応になったのも印象的でした。 あと駐車場が部屋の近くだったのに、そちらの都合で遠いところに変えさせられたり。 今後も家、土地、駐車場含めここにお世話になることはないでしょう。

Also, even though the parking lot was near the room, I was forced to change it to a distant place for that reason. You will not be taken care of here, including your home, land, and parking lot.

2年程マンションを借りていたが、退去時のクリーニング代は承諾していたが、畳、襖、全く汚れ破れ等無いにもかかわらず交換の為請求された。 本当に交換してるか疑問だったので、業者の領収書を要求したが、未だに送付して来ない。 入居時に畳は交換してないのでと言う話しで入居したのだが❓️ 契約時には要注意。

最低だと思います。物件の不備や故障は多く、それに対しての連絡をしても「折り返し連絡します」と言って1日以上放置。結局こちらから再度連絡するまで何もありませんでした。 文句を言うと「他のものが〜」と他人に責任を擦り付ける。そんな話聞かされても困るって感じでした。 最近だと、古い給湯器からの漏水により水道料金が高額になった為相談すると「水道料金はうちは払えないので」の一言だけ。じゃあどこに連絡するとか相談するとかも教えてくれませんでした。 修理や交換も時間がかかるかかる、漏水発覚から10日以上かけて給湯器の交換して頂けるそうです。何もかもが遅い、対応も悪い、本当に腹が立ちます。 (追記) 12/3には給湯器の交換が出来ると担当が言いきっていたのに、先程12/6以降でないと取り付けが出来ないと業者さんから連絡がありました。それまで元栓しめっぱなしで水使えないんですよ、わかってます?こちらも生活にかかわることなので適当に仕事されると困るんですが? 言いにくいことはコスモ不動産さんからではなく業者さんに言わせるんですね。責任感なさすぎて驚きます。 事実確認したいのなら不手際のあった女性スタッフさんのお名前など控えてますからいつでもきいて下さい。

契約する前に免許を持っている人が丁寧に説明してくれました。 一番気になっていた退去の時の費用負担についても、クリーニング費の目安の金額や火災保険で賄える場合もあることを教えてもらい、安心して契約することができました。

控えめに言って最低。 高評価の人は社員か抗菌消臭施工費と無駄な消火器を不要にするためのさくらでしょ。 現在対応依頼中のため完了後再評価予定。

電話でお願いしていた担当者が当日不在。引き継ぎも何もしてなかったようで、見たかった物件の鍵の手配もできていませんでした。県外から連れが来てくれていたので時間がなく、急いでいたのでスムーズにいかず大変困りました。電話の際に見学可能か確認が取れてないところは事前に確認して明日電話します、と言われてから見学まで連絡来なかったですしね。結局見学可能と言われていたところが見学できず、確認しますと言われていたところが見学できました。意味がわかりません。 見学終わって1週間後と3週間後に電話で担当してくれただけの同じ担当から同じ間違い電話を2回されました。個人情報の管理はどうなってるんですかね。何をどう管理したらそうなるのかわかりません。 もちろんほかの不動産屋さんに頼んで無事物件決まりました。 二度と利用したくありません。

まず、これからお部屋探しをされるかたは、是非他社さんを頼った方が良いと思います。 この会社にあまり良い印象が無かったため、部屋探しにおいても避けていたのですが、 物件がなく、急ぎだったこともあり条件の合うこちらの管理物件に申し込み、契約しました。 が、その判断が間違いでした。 契約時には説明不足、社員間の情報共有がまったく出来てないため、こちらは右往左往させられ、いざ入居すると室内はろくに清掃はできていないし、不備だらけ。 入居当日には契約駐車場に違法駐車。 もう不備だらけで笑うしかありません。 メールで現状報告し、ここの社員は一度確認するだけであとは全て業者任せ。 せめてその後どうかくらい聞いてこいよ。 いままでいくつも管理会社を見てきましたがダントツで最低です。

過去利用した者ですが、コスモ不動産で賃貸契約中、引っ越しを考え、結果他の不動産物件に決まり、引っ越しも無事終了。退去費用諸々全て払い終わった後(1〜2ヶ月経った)でも、夜中にコスモ不動産の従業員からLINEの友達追加通知。 それも電話番号での追加登録。一人だけでなく4〜5人。 いくら、仕事の携帯であれ、契約終了した後でもこういうことがあるのは、個人情報の取り扱いに問題があると思います。 しかも、当時の担当者でなく知らない従業員の名前、恐怖さえ覚えます。 退去費用でかかる確実な金額も問い合わせしても最初は分からない、見てみないと分からないと言うくらいなので、退去の際は気をつけた方がいいです。 ↑結果、しつこく聞くと退去の際確実に負担する金額はちゃんとありました。本当に連携できていないというか仕事する気あるのか?疑問でした。 まだまだ不満な点はありますが、、、(笑)
