★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価が高いからまともな人もいるのかな？私が借りに行ったときの年配の女性は感じ悪かったです。でも良い物件だったので借りましたが数年後退出時に 大家さんが約束時間に来られなくて エイブルさんに電話して聞いたら 男性が出て、「それは、大家さんと直接話してください」とのことでした。投げ捨てるように言われて、間に入って退去報告もそちらにしたのに、大家さんに連絡とれないから言ったのになあと、不快でした。客商売ですから、モノの言い方くらい注意して欲しいですね。2度といくことはないですけど。
