★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時鍵の交換をしたにも関わらず、家のドアが誰の部屋のカードキーでも開くようになっていました。そのため管理会社であるこちらに電話しましたが「そんなことはない。何かの間違い」と小馬鹿にした態度でした。実際にスタッフに来てもらいドアロックの状態を確認してもらったところ誰の部屋の鍵でもあいたため（スタッフの主張は、鍵の交換時は異常なかったとのことでした）、鍵の交換費用を返金してもらうことと、なぜこのようなことになったか原因の報告をしてもらうように約束しましたが何ヶ月経っても返金されず、こちらから電話し、返金してもらいました。また、原因についても一年たったいまでも報告はありません。
もう少し誠実にお仕事していただきたいです。
