店内もキレイで接客も感じが良かったです。
 It's really valuable to be open until 2am in Nagano.

何人かで行く時まとまりがない希望であれば、オススメですね。
旦那は海鮮、私はハンバーグ、娘はトルティーヤ(？)、息子はステーキでした?
デザートはみんなでワイングラス?のスイーツ。
マカロンが可愛いパフェ(？)

家族6人で入店し、40分くらい経って1人分のカキフライ定食が出て来ただけで、一番先に欲しいお子様うどんが一番最後に出て来る始末。
1人がカキフライ定食を食べ終わった時点で、店員に苦情を行ったところ、そこから堰を切ったように次々運ばれてきたので、注文順に処理するプロセスが完全に破綻しているようでした。

でも、いつ行ってもフロアの従業員の人数が足りていないと思う。
5〜6回は呼ばないと注文できない。
食器やトイレなど、あまり綺麗じゃないです。
ドリンクバーも、飲み物が切れていることが多々あります。
店員さんの感じはいいので、勿体無いなと思います。
Because it is a family restaurant, the taste is delicious.
But I don't think there are enough employees on the floor whenever I go.
You can't order unless you call it 5 to 6 times.
The tableware and toilets are not very clean.
Drink bars often run out of drinks.
The clerk feels good, so I think it's a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place there but it's really family friendly. You can bring your kids there and they will love it but it is more Western styled... So if you're looking for some really Japanese stuff, this place is not the right place. They sell really good burgers though! And the pancakes are delicious there!
