k	kozu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/4 ステーキあすかこの周辺では比較的格式の高いステーキ屋。店構えは和風な感じで店内は洋風だが、若干和の雰囲気も感じる。ステーキも良いのだが、ハンバーグが気になっていたのでハンバーグステーキ(400g)を注文。此処のハンバーグは牛肉100%(和牛入り)で味わいを深くする為に胡桃と銀杏、エビを加えている。食べてみるとしっとり系の食感。味は勿論ハンバーグなのだが、日本料理の真薯にも似た風味を感じる。いつも食べてるハンバーグと思い食べたら期待を裏切るかも知れない。良い意味でも悪い意味でも。個人的には好みの味で面白いとも思ったけどね。好き嫌いが分かれそうなハンバーグ。清潔感も有り接客も良く、値段もそれなりだったので総合的には良いんじゃないかな。 2021/4 Steak Asuka A relatively prestigious steak shop around here.
