★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シフォンケーキを買いました。私が今まで食べてきたシフォンケーキの中で間違いなく一番美味しいです。
フワフワで、さらにプルプル！シフォンケーキでプルプルってイメージわかないと思いますが、とにかく食べた感想はフワフワでプルプル。パンでいうところのクラム密度が濃く、食べごたえもある。そして甘さも控えめ！(抹茶やコーヒーはほろ苦く、大人向けだと思います)卵は遺伝子組み換え不使用の餌100%かつ、平飼いというこだわり。それでいて決して高くない。プレーンで200円、他(抹茶やキャラメル、メープル、胡椒&チーズ等)は230円くらい。お財布のヒモが固い主婦層でも、安っ！と思う価格なので、おもたせにもいいですね(*^^*)
シフォンケーキの良いところはベーキングパウダーなどの膨らまし粉が使われていないこと。(使っているところもあり、自閉症の原因となるアルミニウムが気になります)完全無添加なので子どもにも安心して食べさせられるし、離乳食中期あたりからも上げられると思います(中には蜂蜜入りもあったので気をつけて！)
小麦粉は国産と海外のブレンドだそうです。海外の小麦粉はグリホサートが検出されており、やはりお値段は高くなってもオーガニックも種類の１つとしてあるとより買いやすいですね。私はアレルギー(化学物質系)なので、美味しさより安全なものが助かります(^^;
こちらのお店のように、実は探さないと安心して食べられるものって本当に少ないなとアレルギーを発症してから思います。なので私にとっては貴重なお店なのでとてもありがたいです(*^^*)
I bought a chiffon cake. Definitely the best of the chiffon cakes I've ever eaten.
Fluffy and even more plump! I don't think I can imagine a chiffon cake, but the impression I ate is fluffy and jerky. The bread crumb density is high, and there is a special taste. And modest sweetness! (Matcha and coffee are bittersweet and I think they are for adults.) Eggs are 100% non-GMO-free and flat food. Still not expensive. Plain 200 yen, others (matcha, caramel, maple, pepper & cheese, etc.) about 230 yen. Even housewives with hard straps are cheap! Because it is the price I think, it is also good for fun (* ^ ^ *)
A good thing about chiffon cakes is that they do not use baking powder such as baking powder. (There are places where it is used, so I am worried about aluminum which causes autism.) It is completely free of additives, so it can be fed to children with peace of mind, and I think it can be raised from around the middle of baby food (some Be careful with the honey!)
Flour is a blend of domestic and overseas. Glyphosate is detected in overseas flour, so it is easier to buy organic as one of the kinds even if the price is high. Since I am allergic (chemical substance), something safer than the taste is saved (^ ^;
If you don't look for it like this one, you can eat it without worry. So it's a valuable shop for me, so I'm very grateful (* ^^ *)

シフォンとプリンがメインだけど、土曜日にはロールケーキもあるらしい。
自家製のこれ以上ない新鮮なたまごを使ったケーキやプリンは、とてもやさしく押し付けがましくない美味しさで、リピ必至！
