看護師の方も親切で優しいです。
問題は受付です。
四人もいて、毎回きちんと挨拶できる人が一人もおりません。
全員が、こんにちは·お大事に…は言えるようになった方が良いかと思います。
年がら年中ヘラヘラ無駄話をしていて、気分が悪いです。
お客様から見えるところでボトルから飲み物を飲んでいたり、お客様が待っているのに無駄話を完結させるまで待たせたり。
伺う前に評判を調べたのですが、受付の評判はとても悪く、でもここまで酷いとは思いませんでした。
さらに付け加えさせていただくなら、初めてのお客様にはきちんと受付のシステムを伝えた方が良いかと思います。
診察券を忘れたらあからさまに不快な態度をとったり、いつ呼ばれるかわからない状況で車待機していると「呼んだ時にいてもらわないと困る」などと言っているのを良くみかけます。
その後、中の四人で人を馬鹿にするような無駄話をしています。
最低でも二人はかなり年齢も上で、残りの二人も良い年齢の方です。物事の分別がつかないような世代にも見えません。
現代では、医は算術でも忍術でもなく、完全にサービス業だと思っています。
先生の診断力があってこそなので、しっかり受け止め、先生の顔に泥を塗らないように、自分の給料はどのように発生するものなのかをよく考え、気持ちを改めて業務を行って欲しいです。

とにかくこみあっています。待合室に患者があふれかえり、車で待機する人が大多数。
アルコール消毒や検温はいいのですが、診療待ちが手書きのメモでチェックしているので、いつ呼ばれるかわかりません。
医療行為自体は普通なんですが病院運営はこのコロナ禍で全く変わっていません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ･先生は原因を説明してくれ、アドバイスも頂きました。処方された薬を使用すると1週間もしないでよくなりました。
･待ち時間がとにかく長い。5番目に診察を受けた際は2時間待ちでした。忙しい方は向かないです。
･待合室は子供の騒ぎ声がとにかくうるさい。親御さんは放置してスマホばかり見ている。うるさいのが苦手な方には不向き。
･受付、態度がすごく悪い。初診で言った際「初診です」と伝えたら「そこに名前書いて保険証出して」と言われました。忙しいのかもしれませんが言葉遣いがなってない…
忙しい風には見えないくらい楽しそうにおしゃべりしていましたが。耳の聞こえづらい方にも早口で捲したてるようにお話していて、もったいない病院だなと思いました。
知り合いからのススメで2ヶ月通いましたが、通いづらさ待合室の空気の悪さがあり通うのをあきらめようと思います。

診察に呼ばれたのは、16時30分でした…。新患でしたが、診察時間は10分以下でした。要点ををまとめてどーん！と伝えた方が良いかもしれません。処方された薬の効果はこれから試します。
調整出来る服装、暇つぶしの本やゲーム、周りの音が苦痛になるならイヤホンとオーディオは必須で、時間に余裕がある時以外は避けた方が良いと思います。また、診察開始前から待っていた方が良いでしょうね…。
けど、先生は本当に穏やかで優しいです。受付さんはこんなもんです（笑）

処方された混合軟膏試しました。
確かに混む理由が解りました。潰瘍化してぐちゃぐちゃだった患部が一週間程度で治りました…！！これは皆さん行くのが理解できました。また何かあったら覚悟しつつお世話になろうと思います（笑）

平日午前は7時30分から、午後は12時から受付開始です。早めに名前を書けば、開始と終了時間がある程度予測でき、途中他の用事を済ませることができます。

20～30人待ちは当たり前。これはしょうがないですね。
時間に余裕をもっていった方がいい（逆に言えば時間に余裕のない方は避けた方がいい）です。
ちなみに、2020年4月下旬に行ったときはコロナ第一波で自分以外の患者が「０」（待合室に誰もいない、待ち時間なしで即診察、一瞬休院だと思った）だったことがありました。
あと、2021年8月末の時、患者は3～4人待ちでした。
何かのいいタイミングがあるのでしょうか？
なお、土曜午前で診療があるときは40～50人待ち（4時間待ち）の日もあるようです。
