中	中島悟 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「海鮮ラーメン」￥850円+大盛￥50円を注文。提供待ちの時に気付いたんですが、店主から給仕の方への態度が半端無く悪いです。小言・タメ息・舌打ちとまるで飲食店で聞かれる言葉では無い。更には店主の声が良く通るので、暴言が店内に響き渡りメチャクチャ雰囲気が悪いです。そんな中出て来たラーメン。スープはかなりあっさりで、ともすれば塩味。だが、良い塩梅に炒められた海鮮と野菜の旨味が出た餡掛けと混ぜれば上品なスープに。具材も野菜の他、ホタテ・イカ・大振りでプリっプリのエビ3匹とクワイとかなり豪華。このラーメンの感じはどちらかと言うとラーメン屋では無く、中華料理屋のラーメンでクオリティが高い。ただ、前述の通り目の前で他人が叱られながら食う飯は味気無く全く満たされません。客の入りに余裕があると幾分態度が柔らかいので空いてる時に行くのが吉です。 I ordered "Seafood Ramen" for ¥ 850 + a large serving of ¥ 50.
