ここも洋館、和館がくっついた建物です。洋館の2階は和室になっていました。
佐吉をバックで支えた人とのことです。静岡県にある佐助の記念館に行ってみたいですね。

トイレがめっちゃ広いんです。当時のままの広さだそうです。
こちらは現在はアイシンさんの持物らしいです。無料で見せていただけます。
ガイドさんもいらっしゃいますが、現在は簡単なガイドのみにされてました。

上質な材料と凝った建具(障子のさんや欄間など)、美しい襖絵などは流石です。

この白壁地区にはその昔、兄の佐吉やその実子でトヨタ自動車の創業者である豊田喜一郎など一族の邸宅が集まっていたとされていますが、現存している館はこの佐助邸のみ。
太平洋戦争後に米軍に接収され将校の住宅となり、その後アイシン精機の所有となり、現在は名古屋市が借用し一般公開されている。
建物の特徴としては、洋館と和館が併設する大正時代に流行した建築様式が特徴で玄関にはこれまた珍しいガスが設置されている。
