N	Nao M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西区の美味しい洋食屋さん♪ この日伺ったのは鶴舞線浄心駅から数分の洋食やなかむらさん♪ オープンしてから十数年らしいのですが、長年西区に住んでいながら通りから少し中に入った所にお店があるので全然気が付かなかった?? 今回は飛騨牛ビーフシチューセット2500円にハヤシライス1100円を注文?‍♂️ 店員さんに、｢デミデミになりますがいいですか？?｣良いんです?? 本当はハンバーグも食べたかったけど、肉＆肉より、ビーフシチューはパンで、個人的にハヤシライスが好きなのでこれでok?? でもこの選択は正解?‍♂️ 先ず最初にビーフシチューは少し時間がかかるとの事で、セットのカニクリ登場?? このカニクリが美味しい?? 薄衣を纏ったカニクリは口に入れた瞬間バターの風味がガツンと来るのにしつこくなく、優しい味わい?? 続いてビーフシチュー登場?? 柔らかなお肉と少しほろ苦さがありながらもコクのあるデミグラスソース?? ワインが飲めてればなぁ……? そしてハヤシライス?? こちらも勿論デミですが、同じデミでもこちらは味わいが全然違う?? 少し柔らか目に炊かれたお米が甘味があって美味い?? 結果デミデミで正解でした?? ご馳走様でした♪ A delicious Western-style restaurant in Nishi-ku ♪ On this day, I visited Western food and Nakamura-san, a few minutes from Joshin Station on the Tsurumai Line. ち	ちょんたん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手間を惜しまず、すべて丁寧に作られた正しい洋食屋さん。自慢のデミグラスソースは想像とは全く違う。甘さがなく、味噌ベースのソースを絶妙な加減に焦がしてメイラード反応の苦味が足されているような初めて食べる味。洋食セットには人気のカニコロ付。カニコロは何もかけずにそのまま頂くスタイル。きめ細かなパン粉に正しいベシャメルソース。個人的には一番美味しかった♪ ただボリュームは少な目。ご飯は大盛無料なので女性でも大盛がオススメ。 A correct Western-style restaurant that has been carefully made without any hassle. 純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋食やなかむら。以前から行ってみたかった名古屋の洋食屋さん。当日予約でランチにお邪魔しました。お店は比較的静かな住宅街にありますが、駐車場有りなのは嬉しい。私がいただいたのは、ハンバーグステーキ&エビフライランチ。ハンバーグは小ぶりでしたが、少しかためで肉肉しく食べ応えあり。肉汁がでるタイプではないので、好みがわかれるかもしれません。エビフライは、外はカリッと中はプリっと、美味しくて頭までボリボリいただいてしまいました。そして、カニクリ。綺麗な形をした小ぶりなカニクリームコロッケは、サクッとした衣の中に、トロッとしたクリーム。とても丁寧に作られたのが伝わる美味しいものでした。 Western food and Nakamura. Felt sorry that the dressing and mayonnaise are proudly homemade too but couldn't taste it. There was a bit of green leaves to accompany the hambagu but there was barely enough dressing to taste it. Busy with locals on Sunday lunch. This is a no smoking restaurant and this good news as you may bring kids too
