カ	カスミk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アイスを購入しましたが15人程並んでいて待たされました。こんな気温の高い日にこれだけ待たされれば溶けるのは当たり前です。レジを増設して欲しいがスペースを考えると無理だと思われる。でしたらドライアイスをサービスするなりして欲しいです。１人で来てたらレジ直前に持って来ることは出来ません。アイスは溶ける当たり前のことに気付いて欲しいですね? C	CHII MAIMAI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生日ケーキとショートケーキを購入。レジで保冷剤がいるか聞かれたので、15分のを入れて下さいと言ったら「15分のだったらいらないんじゃないですか」と、言われた。はぁ？15分の入れて下さいと再度答えたら分かりましたと、嫌々？渋々？そう取れる態度でした。 15分のを入れるのが嫌なら15分の保冷剤を置く必要がないのでは？支払いをしようと合計金額を聞くと4277円だったのでポイント全部使って下さいと言うと「225円しかありません。」と、2度も言われる。だからそれ全部使ってと言うと、全然足らないみたいな言い方。そんな事、言われなくても分かっています。レジでの差額計算が出来ないのか後ろの店員さんの助けを求める始末。ちなみに保冷剤のやり取りはおばさんで、レジは学生さんのような感じの若い方でした。 I bought a birthday cake and a shortcake. Every time I got a birthday cake the staff showed me the name and it was always correct. Another two star reviewer said the ice cream melted while they waited in line. I always bring my own cooler bag. Or you could just wait for the line to shrink before you grab your ice cream. Get your life together instead of blaming a cake shop. The ice cream cheesecake pops are really good and also coffee flavor. The flavors are not always available because they change with the seasons.
