当日の店内はひどかったです。
注文したい人がショーケース前にいたり、予約してケーキ受け取りに来た人はレジに並んでいるのに対応はされず、20分以上待たされました。どこで待てばいいかわからず外で待っている人もいました。
クリスマスケーキの時は混雑することが予め予想できるはずです。こちらに並んでお待ちください。などの声かけや案内を掲示しておくなど対応できたはずです。初めてでケーキ楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。味は普通でした。種類はたくさんあります。もう行くことはないと思います。

People who wanted to order were in front of the showcase, and people who made a reservation and came to pick up the cake were not able to respond to the fact that they were lined up at the cash register and had to wait for more than 20 minutes. Some people were waiting outside without knowing where to wait.
You can expect it to be crowded during Christmas cakes. Please wait in line here. We should have been able to respond by calling out such as and posting information. It was a pity that I was looking forward to the cake for the first time. The taste was normal. There are many types. I don't think I'll go anymore.

それからロールケーキ自体はしっとりしてて､クリームは甘さ控えめで甘過ぎず、軽くて美味しかったです✨
