★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宗杏塩ラーメンを注文。魚介系スープで、深いコクがあるのに後味あっさり。出される前に、目の前の厨房で、チャーシューがバーナーで炙られていたのが印象に残った。そのチャーシューはトロトロでとても美味しかった。
メニューの和牛焼肉丼などもとても気になった。また、ビールを楽しめるメニューも豊富なように見られた(私まだ酒飲めないから、なんとなくだが)。そういった所が他のラーメン店とは違い、面白いと思った。
良い。また行きたいな。
Ordered Miso Shio Ramen. It ’s a seafood soup with a deep aftertaste even though it ’s deep. Before it was released, it was impressive that the char siu was beaten by a burner in the kitchen in front of me. The char siu was delicious and very delicious.
Wagyu beef bowl on the menu was also very interesting. There was also an abundant menu for enjoying beer (somehow because I still can't drink). I thought it was interesting, unlike other ramen shops.
good. I want to go again.

ラーメンの好みは大きく別れる。
味噌が好きな人は「旨い、旨い」と2杯目もぺろっと食べていた。
私には味噌ラーメンは、2杯目も余裕で食べられるほど旨いとは感じなかった。（普通に美味しい）
では、なぜ評価が高いか。それは、つけ麺、冷やしラーメン（冷麺みたいな感じ）が旨いからである。
ラーメン合わんなって思った人は是非食べて頂きたい。
