キ	キャベ太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古物件を探すため営業の方とお話をしたのですが、なんとも上から目線で終始小馬鹿にしたような言い方…。予算はリフォーム諸費用別途で建物○○万程度でと伝えているのに、リフォーム込みで○○万程度の物件はないですよ～しかも、諸費用もかかってくるんでねぇ○○万程度じゃ済みませんよ～とはなから話を聞いてない。説明し直しても同じ事言われました。ぐっとこらえ、ではいい物件が出たら連絡いただけますかとお願いすると、あのねぇ私達は何百人も相手にしてるんですよ、その一人一人に同じこと出来ませんよ、ネットで確認してもらうしかないですねとかなり鼻で笑う感じで言われました、2回も。では良い物件があれば内見などお願いできるか尋ねると、いやいや他のお客さまの対応もしているのにその約束を破ってまでそれはできませんよ…と。なぜそこまで言われるのか理解不能。本当に接客業？社員教育最低ですね。名前覚えとけば良かったわ。確かに儲けにならない客かもしれませんが、ネットにはいろんな物件もあり確認した上での電話。客を見て態度を変えるんですかね？とにかく最低の営業で嫌な思いをしました。 I talked to a sales person to look for a second-hand property, but it seems like I was making a fool of myself from the top.
