Both quiche and lasagna were delicious. I have a soup, but this time I got a potage of turnip and chrysanthemum, but the sungiku sauce was unusually delicious.

The main dish is shrimp and avocado quiche. Additional order for cold brewed iced coffee. The carefully prepared dishes are small in quantity, but they are full. Homemade bread made from domestic flour is also delicious! There is also a counter so you don't have to worry about it.

ざ	ざわわRio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店は、上田では珍しく「水出しコーヒー」が飲めるお店です。土曜日の12時前に行きましたが、あまり席がないため満席で20分〜30分くらい待ちました。待つところはないので町を散策していました。お店の雰囲気はおしゃれで若い女性が好きそう。スープはしっかりと作り込まれた味で、他ではあまりお目にかかれないレベルです。サラダは初めてイチゴが入ったサラダを食べました。酸味も強すぎず、特に主張があるわけではありませんが、一風変わったものにするにはよい工夫だと思いました。一品料理ですが、ニョッキは一般的なもので、麦が上辺にあしらわれたカレー風味の蓮根などが入ったものが提供され、味と麦がいい相性でした。メインのラザニアは、間にホウレンソウが入っており、ほのかな苦味がよいアクセントでした。伸びた麺類が苦手な方はラザニアは避けた方がよいかもしれません。パスタは鶏肉ときのこのクリームパスタでしたが、こちらはとても美味しく、どうやってこの味にたどり着くのかが想像できませんでした。なんで美味しいのかが分からない部分がありました。水出しコーヒーはホットで頼みましたが、強い苦みが好きな私には少し薄いように感じました。一般的にも、アメリカンとは言いませんが、薄い部類ではないでしょうか。コーヒーの香りはとてもよく、コーヒー自体もあまり癖が強くない豆で飲みやすかったです。水出し特有の油分と雑味が極端に少ないコーヒーが味わえます。ミルクも途中で入れてみましたが、あまりコーヒーの味に変化が起きませんでした。変に酸味などが強調されずによいと思います。かかっている音楽も良いし、イベントなどもやっているようですし、店員さんの接客も大変申し分なかったです。 This shop is a place where you can drink "draft coffee", which is rare in Ueda. I went there before 12:00 on Saturday, but since there weren't many seats, I waited for 20 to 30 minutes when it was full. There was no place to wait, so I was walking around the town. The atmosphere of the shop is fashionable and seems to like young women. The soup has a well-crafted taste and is a level you won't find anywhere else. For the first time, I ate a salad with strawberries. The sourness is not too strong and there is no particular claim, but I thought it was a good idea to make it unique. Although it is a single dish, gnocchi is common and served with curry-flavored lotus root with wheat on the top. The main lasagna had spinach in between and was a nice accent with a slight bitterness. If you are not good at stretched noodles, you may want to avoid lasagna. Pasta was this cream pasta made with chicken, but it was so delicious that I couldn't imagine how to get it. I didn't know why it was delicious. I ordered the hot water coffee hot, but it felt a little thin for me who likes strong bitterness. Generally, I don't call it American, but I think it's a thin category. The aroma of coffee was very good, and the coffee itself was easy to drink with beans that are not very addictive. You can enjoy coffee with extremely little oil and miscellaneous taste peculiar to draining water. I tried adding milk on the way, but the coffee taste did not change much. I think it is good that the sourness is not emphasized. The music being played is good, it seems that we are doing events, etc. and the customer service of the clerk was very satisfactory.

I can't give a detailed review of the food, but it's very delicious! I ate and my brain felt happy. The delicious taste of cold brew coffee. It's also very comfortable. B	BOCHI_BOCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのメインはテイクアウトでも人気のキッシュを選択。キッシュにはチーズ、ポテト、信州豚の旨みが凝縮されていて、なるほどこれならメインとしても有りだな、と感心する。他の料理もそれぞれボリュームはないが、素材の味を繊細に表していてじっくりと味わう。意外だったのは、サラダのドレッシング。イチゴの酸味と甘い香りのギャップに惑わされ、いい意味で楽しめた。上田市に来たら、是非訪れたいと思っていたが、期待通りで足を運んで本当に良かった。 For the main lunch, select the popular quiche for takeout.
