★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社管理の不動産に住んでいました。騒音問題で何度も電話したにも関わらず(誰が騒音元か分かっているのに)、騒音に気をつけての張り紙がされるのみの対応で、全く役に立ちませんでした。
 I lived in this company-managed real estate. Even though I called many times due to noise problems (even though I knew who was the source of the noise), I was only able to pay attention to the noise and put up a sticker, which was completely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸契約したマンションの一階のテナントに入った飲食店での工事騒音があまりにもうるさく、対応を求めたのですが酷い態度でした。そもそも大変な騒音が出るというのに告知を一切しなかった時点でまともな企業ではないと感じましたが予感が的中した形となりました。明日までと決めた返事も無断で半年先延ばし、責任をこちらに擦り付けてきたりと、散々でした。一般人の客のことは二の次のようです。
The construction noise at the restaurant on the first floor of the rental apartment was so noisy that I asked for a response, but it was a terrible attitude.
