日曜日のお昼ごろ来店で他のお客様も多く忙しい中、沢山物件を出してもらい内見も夜までかかってしまいました。最後には無茶なお願いをしてしまったにも関わらず、嫌な顔せず親切に対応してくださいました！すみませんでした?♀️笑
内見では、周辺の環境や駅までの道のり、通勤のしやすさなどを物件ひとつひとつ教えてくださり、あまり土地勘のない私でも分かりやすく丁寧に教えていただき助かりました！
また、道中のお話しがとても楽しく、美味しいお店も紹介していただきました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理物件をおすすめされそのまま契約しましたが、空き予定の物件でまだ内見もしていない状況で重説を説明されました。入居予定日が変わったのはしょうがないですが、計3回重説の説明、サイン、捺印をさせられ、他店の管理物件とは言ってましたが、時間や手間がかかっており不快に感じました。まず物件選びの時点で、名札もつけず自己紹介もない方に対応されてそちらも不快でした。また前の入居者の残置物があり、気持ち悪いと感じました。クリーニング済みとは書いてあり水回りだけ丁寧に貼り紙されてましたが、棚には前の入居者のケーブルや個人情報の載ったファイルがありました。2度と利用しません。
