現地での物件下見の際にはきめ細かな説明をしてもらい、自分達が求めていた物と合致していたので一発仮契約。
その後の、本契約も宅建資格取得者による丁寧な説明により不明点は無く、スムーズに書類にサインが出来た。
来年から仮住まいの生活が約1年間始まる、今後のフォローにも期待したい。

①入居日に鍵が届かない
②重要事項説明書の内容に誤りが多い。口頭で訂正を受けたが、さらにその後訂正が入った。翻弄された。
③お送りした書類の返信が遅い。
