★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3度目。3年前ほどに食べたフォアグラのフランが忘れられず、ランチで再訪。(前回は料理に合わせて提案してくださった美味しいワインと一緒にディナーを食べました)
…やはり美味しい。幸せを感じたランチでした。
Pranzoコースを選択。
前菜のサラダにかかってる特製ドレッシングは新鮮な野菜とぴったり。
フォアグラのフラン マルサラソース
最高の一品。フォアグラと生クリームがふんだんに使われている。食べると食感がふわっとしている、甘味があり何度も口に運びたくなる。生クリームに負けずきちんとフォアグラの味が追いかけてくる。甘いフォアグラ料理なんてここ以外あまり食べたことがないけども、とっても合う。
一緒にでてくるパンにつけるとより美味しい。
その後にでてくるパスタ、メインも満点です。
パスタは素材が生かして作ってあり、無駄なあじつけなくあっさり食べることができます。
大満足してデザート食べて帰りました。
女性のお腹にはピッタリくらいの量です。
このクオリティをこの値段で食べれるなら文句なしです。
また何度でも足を運びたいと思えるレストランです。
 Third time. I can't forget the foie gras franc I ate about 3 years ago, so I visited again for lunch. (Last time, I ate dinner with delicious wine that was suggested according to the dish)

Foie gras franc marsala sauce
The best dish. Foie gras and fresh cream are used abundantly. The texture is fluffy when eaten, and it has a sweet taste that makes you want to bring it to your mouth many times. The taste of foie gras follows the cream properly. I haven't eaten sweet foie gras food much other than here, but it goes very well.
It's more delicious when you put it on the bread that comes with it.
The pasta and main course that comes out after that are also perfect.
Pasta is made from the ingredients and can be eaten easily without unnecessary seasoning.
I was very satisfied and ate dessert and went home.
The amount is just right for a woman's belly.
If you can eat this quality at this price, there is no complaint.
It is a restaurant that you will want to visit again and again.

「ピアッティ カステリーナ」を訪問。
平日の開店直前に到着のところ待ち人無し。
オープンと同時に入店できました。
平日限定パスタランチ 1,100円を注文。
本日の前菜、フォアグラのフランマサラソース、
自家製チーズフォカッチャ、パスタのセットと
超お値打ちです。パスタは2種から選択で
魚介のアーリオオーリオでお願いしました。
アーリオオーリオは名前の通り、ニンニクと
オリーブオイルのシンプルなパスタですが、
ホタルイカとヤリイカの切り身の旨味と
塩加減が絶妙で美味しいです。
フォアグラのフランは抜群ですね！
この一品でランチのレベルが段違いに
なってます。フォカッチャに塗っても
相性抜群、濃厚で風味・口溶け良く旨いです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。

フラン物凄く素材の味が活きていて美味しい。そしてお値段が破格。おすすめのお店です。
2回目のlunchは予約をちゃんと取り2750円のコースにしました。

パスタも２種類少しずつ食べられて満足。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神楽坂と言って良いのかは分かりませんが、神楽坂付近のお店50店舗以上渡り歩いてきた私にとって、このお店の平日ランチ限定メニューの値段対コスパが素晴らしいです。味においても申し分なく、非の打ち所がないです。飯田橋駅からでも何度も通いたいお店です。社会人になったら、ここのディナーに来てみたいです。
I don't know if it's Kagurazaka, but for me, who has visited more than 50 shops near Kagurazaka, the price vs. cospa of this shop's weekday lunch-only menu is wonderful. 2500円のコースなのに内容量がすごい。どの皿も美しく味のメリハリもしっかりありました。フォアグラのフランと一緒に提供されるチーズパンも美味しい。メインのお肉が唯一普通。魚にすれば良かったかも。サービスもしっかりしているので、デート等にも使えそう。
