た	たか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問でコースを注文しましたが、前菜5種盛り、焼き立てのパン、パスタ2品、赤肉、デザート全て絶品、最高、リピート確定、オススメです。店員さんも明るく丁寧な接客でとても居心地の良いお店。好き嫌いが多い私も前菜5種全て食べやすく美味しいと思いました。焼き立てのパンはフォカッチャとバケットの2種類。私はフォカッチャがやみつきになる美味しさですが、どちらもお代わりして2個ずつ食べてしまいました。パスタはもちもち且つアルデンテ。本日のパスタはルッコラとしらすのアーリオオーリオでガーリックの風味が口に広がり、ルッコラ、ドライトマト、しらすを引き立てていました。看板のトリュフのカルボナーラはフレッシュペッパーが爽やかなアクセントで生クリームを使用していない濃厚なソースとマッチ。お肉は熊本産の赤肉で、部位はもも肉でした。お野菜にも味が付いており、手間がかけられているなと感じました。デザートは季節に合わせたティラミスとラムレーズンアイスで、マスカルポーネチーズの下にチョコ、くるみ、マロングラッセ、お塩が隠れており、どこを食べても違う食感・味を楽しむことができました。全て絶品なので、何度も通いたくなるお店間違いなしです。 I ordered the course at the first visit, but 5 kinds of appetizers, freshly baked bread, 2 dishes of pasta, red meat, dessert all excellent, best, repeat confirmed, recommended.
